These terms cover your use of this website — pulse.equalnorth.dev — made by Equal North ("we," "us," "our"). Pulse the app isn't out yet; this only covers browsing this site and joining the waitlist. We'll publish separate terms for the app itself before it launches.

The short version

This site describes what we're building and lets you sign up to hear when it's ready. Use it in good faith and we'll do the same.

Who can use this site

You need to be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or that any specific feature ships. Everything this site describes about Circle and Wide — how they'll work, what's "coming soon" — is our current plan, not a promise, and may change before launch.

Using this site

Don't scrape it, try to break it, submit false signups, or use the waitlist form for anything other than signing yourself up.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Equal North isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top when these change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
