This policy covers this website — pulse.equalnorth.dev — made by Equal North ("we," "us," "our"). Pulse the app isn't out yet, so there's nothing here about app accounts or in-app activity; this is just about what happens when you visit this site or join the waitlist. We'll publish a separate policy for the app itself before it launches.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, through our email provider, Brevo. That's it — the form doesn't ask for anything else, and this site doesn't run analytics or tracking scripts of its own.

How we use it

• To let you know when Pulse is ready, and to send occasional updates about what we're building
• To keep the waitlist itself working — de-duplicating signups, honoring unsubscribes

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to build an advertising profile on you.

Who we share it with

Just Brevo, the email provider that runs our signup and unsubscribe forms and sends the emails. Brevo processes your address on our behalf and doesn't use it for its own purposes. Our web host serves this site's pages the same way any website is served, but doesn't receive your email address separately from that.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send, or the unsubscribe button in the footer of this site.
• Ask us anything about your data — what we have, and to have it deleted — at [email protected].

Kids

This site isn't intended for anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected an email address from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
